TRANSDUCERS

Based on the needs of our customers we are able to provide every type of transducer, from the most common, normally in stock, to particular transducers.

• Transducers can be used universally for DIMENSIONAL measuring.
• Transducers and FORCE sensors for measuring of static and dynamic loads in tension and compression. The sensors and force transducers are available in different versions, in order of size, scale and accuracy class.
• TORQUE transducers for the measurement of static or dynamic torsions. Together with torque transducers are also available effective coupling joints.

In addition, we can also provide PRESSURE transducers normally used for leak testing.

DISPLACEMENT

In addition to the potentiometers that for ease of use and quality / price ratio are the displacement sensors most commonly used, we are able to provide also other types of sensors able to meet the specific application, such as non-contact sensors type LASER and inductive . They are also available as accessories for special sleeves probes (ball, flat, pointed) according to special needs.

LOAD CELLS (force sensors)

Load cells are part of the systems for strength and weight measurement, and all the process operations in which it is necessary to control the STRENGTH of INTERFERENCE (pressing, riveting, bending). Kelmer provides the measuring system and is able to perform periodic calibration on field as required by regulations. Kelmer can also provide devices and load cells, so that the customer can complete the periodic checks, required by its quality system, with its own technicians.

Torque Transducers

The static and rotating torque sensors are the most requested and can be always found in stock. We can meet any customer requirement, if one of our standard is not suitable for its specific application.
Couplings and torque limiters complete our offer as accessories for a sure measurement of torque, without maintenance, and long-lasting.
