DIMENSIONAL CONTROL

Dimensional control systems acquire data using instruments connected to different types of transducer and can interface with industrial PC that elaborate measures. The systems are suited to the production environment and can be implemented, according to the needs to handle transducers and digital input/output signals. The transducers are chosen according to the application, based on criteria that take account of available space, measuring range, accuracy. The most commonly used are potentiometers, LVDT probes, sensors, non-contact magnetic, laser heads. Dimensional tests carried out by our instruments are: concentricity, diameter, axial and radial backlash, top dead centre, flickering, thickness, classes division , class corrensdondence check.

We have developed a complete line for these measures, with the aim of obtaining:

  • • Ease of integration into the test machine, both in manual and automatic stations
  • • Ease of use and maintenance for the end customer
